Massage can help the tightness and stretching during pregnancy and the oils and creams are very beneficial for the moisturizing the skin. Q: How soon after my pregnancy can I receive Massage? A: As soon as your ready even right away! Postnatal is one of the most important times to receive to aid in a speedy recovery, postpartum depression, and encourages structural realignment. Q: Are there any precautions or contraindications? A: Women who have experienced any bleeding or pre-term contractions should consult a physician or prenatal care provider before receiving a massage.
