Who we are

Cathleen Fitzpatrick (spiritual name is Shambhavi Prajna)

Mother, Homeschool teacher, Dancer/choreographer and Massage Therapist/Bodyworker

Board Certified Massage Therapist/ Vermont Registered

Professional member of AMTA

The heart of my work is rooted in the body’s innate ability to heal itself. My role is a facilitator of the body’s natural and amazing healing abilities by applying Therapeutic-Healing modalities so that the person can start to merge the physical, emotional, and mental body finding deep connection and ease.

I began my career performing, teaching and studying dance and movement for 25 years. Fascinated with Anatomy and Physiology of movement, I wanted to deepen my knowledge and transitioned into various Massage and Bodywork modalities. I graduated from the New School For Massage, Bodywork, and Healing-Chicago in 2005. After a couple of years working with clients I felt the pull to deepen my knowledge and moved to the foothills of the Himalayas in India to study Yoga, Meditation, and Buddhist and Yogic traditions. I immersed myself in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yoga therapy. I completed Yoga teacher training certifications from Mount Madonna-Watsonville CA, Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram-Kerala India, and YogaPoint-Yoga Vidya Gurukul-nasik India where I studied Yoga therapy and Yoga for Pregnancy.

During a therapeutic massage session, I weave together an array of massage therapy techniques.

My massage practice is tailored to each individual to enhance optimal health and wellness and create a grounded healing environment to facilitate a space for deep relaxation and connection with self.
