Cancellation Policy
In this unpredictable world, there will be such events as illness, delays, unexpected situations that will ultimately happen. We humbly ask for you to give us 24 hours notice of cancellation in advance. This allows another client the opportunity and the practitioner to make up for lost income. Cancellations done with less than 24 hours will be billed at the discretion of the practitioner. You will not be able to cancel online less than 24-hours so you will have to contact the practitioner directly by phone or email. If in the unfortunate case of an Emergency, you will not be charged, “life happens”. Please just let us know as soon as possible.
